SAVER DELIVERY
We offer Saver delivery of £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked for all orders under £50. We offer free delivery for orders over £50. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 5-6 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days. Orders will need to be submitted before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer next working day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, visit www.royalmail.com to track your order.
Royal Mail will always try to deliver items first time, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.
Royal Mail would then take the item back to the Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.
If you are not at home to accept delivery and you have picked Royal Mail to deliver your parcel, they may deliver your item to a safe place location at the address without a specific instruction from you.
SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
OUTSIDE UK DELIVERIES
Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, EU and BFPO addresses.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
